Shane is a Managing Partner at Abiding Wealth Advisors, LLC and has been assisting business owners and individuals since 2000. Before beginning his career in the financial services industry, he earned dual Masters Degrees with Honors in Business Administration and Management from Webster University.

Shane is a Registered Principal (Series 24), Investment Advisory Representative (Series 66), and Registered Representative (Series 7) with Crown Capital Securities, L.P. In addition, he holds his Life, Health, Disability and Long Term Care insurance licenses. He has earned the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC®) designation.

Shane is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a member of the National Association of Charitable Estate Plan Counselors and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Shane is a sought out speaker for numerous professional associations and organizations. He has been a featured Main Platform speaker for the International Certified Business Counselors Annual Conferences and has spoken for the NC Society of Accountants, NC Realtors Association, and other businesses and non-profits throughout the USA.

Shane, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, was decorated for serving in the Middle East and providing Humanitarian Relief to Bosnia. He was awarded two Air Force Commendation Medals and won the Air Combat Commands Professional Provider of the Year in 1996. Shane is Planned Giving Director for The Message for Mayans. He and his wife Susan live in Charlotte, NC with their four children.
